At Porta, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help simplify the exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items safely in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
